The Forms Module
This module stores the layouts that print the following user-editable forms:

• Patient information (cover) sheet
• Recall labels, letters and postcards
• Superbill
• It also stores the following non-editable form:
• Physician Automated Messages (sorry, but it’s not available for Macintosh…)

With PracticeMaker 5.5 all users have the ability to edit layouts. However, editing layouts is done at your own risk.
